“Global Health Limited (GLH), an ASX listed company, engaged Jane Tisdall to provide the services of Financial Controller in October 2019. This is a consulting position due to the small size of GLH. Jane’s task was to restructure our accounting, management accounts and audit procedures to a high professional level. She achieved this.

Included in the process she had to introduce a new Auditor to the company and ensure that management accounts were formatted and delivered to a deadline. With the increased regulatory and changes to accounting standards Jane provided the professional expertise that enabled GLH to handle these matters without disruption to the business.

Her attention to detail has seen a significant improvement in the quality and dissemination of the company’s accounts. This was clearly demonstrated with the company completing the annual audit 1 month earlier than in previous years.
